There are two doctors based at Allendale Health Centre:

Allendale Health Centre has 2300 patients and covers an area of 100 square miles.

Our practice provides a dedicated team of health professionals and administrative staff, whose aim is to provide high quality family medical services tailored to the needs of this extensive rural area. We will endeavour to meet your medical needs promptly and courteously, and always with complete confidentiality.

This surgery website is used to present all our patients with up to date news and information about our practice. We will keep it current with any developments or other details that we feel are relevant to you.

As well as a source of information about our practice, the staff and the services we provide, we hope you will use this website as a useful resource for other health-related information. Cancelling your Appointment
If you are unable to attend an appointment with one of the doctors or nurses, please telephone or use the link at the bottom of this page to cancel your appointment. By giving us as much notice as you can you are helping us to make sure that someone else is given your slot.

Home Visits
The practice area is very large so it would help us if you could try to make your request for a visit before 10.00am. If you feel you require an urgent visit please ask to speak to the doctor.
